The Gordon W. Prange Collection is located on the 4th floor of Hornbake Library North.  The 4th floor is closed to the public. In order to gain access, you may exit the elevator on the 3rd floor, take the stairs to the 4th floor and ring the doorbell.  Or you may call the Prange Collection main number at 301-405-9348 and a Prange staff member will meet you in the Hornbake Lobby and escort you to the Prange Collection.   

Q. How can I get to campus from College Park-U of MD station?

A. From the College Park-U of MD station (Green Line), Shuttle-UM, is available to take you to campus.  A University ID is not required for the route from the College Park Metro station. You will get off at the last stop, the Stamp Student Union, which is located at the intersection of Campus Drive and Union Lane.  Both Hornbake and McKeldin Libraries are a short walk from the Student Union.
