This collection consists of minutes of faculty meetings of all teaching personnel of the College Park campus. The years covered by the records saw the transition of the Maryland Agricultural College to the University of Maryland, and this topic receives some discussion in the minutes. The minutes primarily cover the day-to-day functioning of the university, however, and document a wide variety of subjects, such as the punishment of cadets for "disorderly conduct," effects of a diptheria outbreak, impact of World War I, effects of an undue emphasis on athletics, establishment of campus publications, and the appointments/resignations of faculty.
