This is a microfilm collection of books, portfolios and pamphlets about architecture and related subjects published in America between the Revolution and the end of the nineteenth century. These publications, primarily builders' guides and house pattern books, influenced the architectural production of their day because their many plates were of direct practical usefulness to builders and carpenters.
