Access Services Team (AST)

Vision

The Access Services Team leads creative and innovative projects to introduce new and enhance existing circulation, interlibrary loan, reserves and other access services for customers of the University of Maryland Libraries. The team facilitates effective outreach and education to our customers. The team contributes to communication and collaboration among library branches and teams to advance the Libraries' role as a model of client-centered service excellence. The Access Services Team is receptive to feedback and is proactive in its approach to problem-solving.
