CMT 2005 Work Plan, Team Objective 3: Coordinate process to identify and prioritize needed "Big Ticket" purchases, both one-time and continuing, which fall outside of existing discretionary fund sources.
| By February 28, 2005 | Collaboratives and collection managers from special collections review candidates for big-ticket prioritization. CMT members bring prioritized lists forward to CMT. |
| By March 31, 2005 | CMT reviews candidates for prioritization. CMT prioritizes candidate titles. |
| April 2005 | Prioritized list is announced when available. |
| Beginning FY06 | Seek funding for high priority items |
