Outcome: No changes
2. Topic: Emerald/MCB University Press review
Guests: K. Patterson, B. Kackley, B. Lay,
Cost and usage data of Emerald publications was distributed and its implications discussed.
Outcome: Additional analysis on Emerald subscriptions is being conducted prior to determining a course of action. Affected selectors have been notified and will also apprise their faculty of the situation.
3. Topic: Review of Big Ticket Candidates - Science and Technology
Outcome: Information sharing. Proposals and rationale are available at Big Ticket List 2005 -- Sci-Tech Collaborative.
4. Topic: Announcements
- Betty will be circulating a comparative coverage analysis of Ebsco Academic Search Premier and Masterfile with Wilson indexes for General Sciences, Social Sciences, and Arts and Humanities.
- Jan will schedule Aleph training for interested selectors.
5. Review meeting process and plan for next meeting:
- Ar/Hu Big Ticket Candidates. Some pre-work has already been circulated. Additional pre-work is forthcoming.
