Outcome: Pop-up: Item IV, Serial Review Preparations - fund line review

2. Topic: Review Elsevier announcement Web page

Outcome: CMT approved the web page. It will be posted by August 12, 2005.

3. Topic: FY06 Serial Review preparations -- web pages

Outcome: Discussion will continue August 16, 2005

4. Topic: Serial Review Preparations -- fund line review

Outcome: Collaborative members have expressed concern regarding completing the fund line review by the end of August.

Outcomes: CMT postponed the deadline for identifying journals on incorrect fund lines to September 2 and set the deadline for claiming these journals at September 16. To facilitate the process, new spreadsheets will be prepared that include the purchase order; selectors will be notified when they are ready.
