1. Topic: Agenda review
Outcome: no changes
2. Topic: FY06 Serial Review - databases
Outcome: CMT continued to identify databases to be reviewed. Members will follow up with some selectors prior to the next meeting.
3. Topic: Announcements
- Damon Austin will be starting as the new Agriculture Librarian in mid-October (Jim).
- TSD will be contacting selectors (using the form sorting matrix) regarding the treatment of media that may accompany books or serials. (Jan).
- Since a proposal regarding serials binding is forthcoming from TSD as part of the Redirection of Effort, LEC has determined that TSD will not bind periodicals through the end of October when the proposal will be vetted. (Susanna).
4. Review meeting process and plan for next meeting:
- FY06 Serial Review -- databases
- Develop criteria for transfer of journals to MOSS
No meeting next week due to LFA meeting.
