1. Topic: Agenda review
Outcome: no changes
2. Topic: FY06 Serial Review - journals
Outcome: CMT should continue brainstorming on procedures and timeline for reviewing CMT-managed journals. This item will return to the agenda next week.
3. Topic: FY06 Serial Review - databases
Outcome: Database assignments were finalized and will be distributed to teams. Descriptions and justifications for CMT-managed databases are due by 11/18 for the 11/22 meeting.
4. Topic: FY06 Big Ticket timeline
Outcome: Serial review database ranking results are due 1/31/06. Big Ticket items should be prioritized by 2/28/06. CMT will have the integrated Big Ticket results compiled by mid-March. Items that are currently funded by the CLD, whose future funding is doubtful, ought to be considered for inclusion in Big Ticket.
6. Topic: Announcements
- Jim reported on the recent MDL vendor open house. Interesting trials will begin in early 2006.
- Jan reported on Charleston conference, especially the impact of e-resources and Google/library cooperation.
7. Review meeting process and plan for next meeting:
- John Schalow and Gordana Ruth will be presenting on microfilm preservation.
