1. Topic: Agenda review
Outcome: no changes
2. Topic: McKeldin "Copy of Record" proposal re: Science, Nature and Scientific American
Outcome: After hearing responses from the collaboratives, CMT approved the proposal for the Copy of Record to be retained at McKeldin.
3. Topic: Finish prioritizing general serials managed by CMT
Outcome: Tiers will be posted at Database Review, FY06.
4. Topic: Journals by Subject in Research Port
Betty has received representative journals for the various subject areas from selectors.
Outcome: CMT will return to this item February 14th.
5. Topic: Database priorities for cross-searching
Outcome: CMT accepted priorities proposed by IRST.
6. Topic: Database Review
CMT began assigning scores to databases under review.
Outcome: CMT will continue this process next week.
7. Topic: Announcements
- The University Library Council plans to study department-library liaison relationships during February and March. Selectors may be contacted with questions as part of the study. (Susanna)
- New databases will soon be available for trials: Literary Reference Center, The US at War (full-text), and Medline (full-text). (Betty).
