1. Topic: Agenda review

Outcome: no changes

2. Topic: CLD Funding

Outcome: The Libraries will apply funds freed up by the CLD's financing of WorldCat to renew subscriptions to resources that will not be underwritten by CLD in FY07.

3. Topic: Database Review

Outcome: CMT members will check with their collaboratives to ask about voluntary cancellation of lowest priority databases.

4. Topic: May-June Meeting Schedule Review

Outcome: No meeting May 23. Use 2 CMT meeting slots in June to host Serials Review and big ticket process review meetings with selectors.

5. Topic: Membership Review

Outcome: No changes in collaborative leadership expected.

6. Topic: CMT 2006 Work Plan

Outcome: Reviewed document and updated it with progress to date. Identified summer projects.

7. Topic: Announcements

• Betty announced that the consortium has access to all NetLibrary titles (2 copies of each) that have been purchased by UMUC. MARC records will be added to the OPAC.
• Serial Review Priorities will be posted at on the Serial Review main page
