1. Topic: Agenda review

Outcome: No changes.

2. Topic: Serial Review Review Outcomes

CMT discussed the results of the Serial Review Review meeting on June 6th.

Outcome:

• Due to the budget/renewal schedule, the Big Ticket calendar can't be altered very much.
• Attempts will be made to avoid heavy work loads in the fall semester
• In order to avoid having Serial Review, Database Review, and Fund Line Review the same year, the processes will be divided across three years.
• Next Database Review to begin in January 2007 (FY07)
• Next Fund Line Review and clean-up to begin in January 2008 (FY08)
• Next Triennial Serial Review is scheduled for FY09

3. Topic: Taylor & Francis possible e-only

Outcome: CMT members will spot check journals to verify the image quality before pursuing an e-only contract.

4. Topic: FY06 and FY07 Budgets

FY06 and FY07 budget statuses were discussed.

Outcome: No Big Ticket monies are available. Some items will be acquired through selectors' and other funds.

5. Topic: Announcements

• Congrats to Jan on her new position at U Delaware.
