1. Topic: Agenda review

Outcome: No changes.


2. Topic: Introduction of new CM GA: Rachel Telford


3. Topic: Impact of LC's decision on series on UM Libraries

Guests: John Schalow, Arlene Klair, Alice LaSota, Gordana Ruth

Outcomes: More research is needed to determine which series might be important to maintain, what we can safely let go of, number of series that are numbered vs. unnumbered, number of series we trace. Cataloging will continue to gather input and to research further.

4. Topic: FY07 Budget

Outcomes: Serials to be cancelled must be identified by early September, selectors will receive spreadsheets of their Tier 1, 2, and 3 titles to finalize cancellation decisions. Firm Dates TBA. Susanna is working with Desi and Charles on text for the Web and a shorter version to be distributed via e-mail.

5. Topic: Review meeting process and plan for next meeting
