FY03 Serials Review Results: Afro-American Studies Program Titles
The review process identified the lowest priority 25% of serial expenditures (journals, standing orders, and electronic resources) and organized that quartile into the following three categories:
- Spreadsheet of Priority 3 Titles
- These are the titles we believe could be canceled with the least damage to Library services. Some users will be inconvenienced or unserved but the item may be rarely used. Other access options may be available (ILL or document delivery) or the resource may be redundant to some extent.
- Priority 2 Titles
- All items identified in the review process were assigned priority 3 in consultation with the Afro-American Studies Program.
- Priority 1 Titles
- All items identified in the review process were assigned priority 3 in consultation with the Afro-American Studies Program.
Questions about journals supporting the African American Studies Department should be directed to Otis Chadley at ochadley@umd.edu. Further information on the review process is available at the main serial review site
