Mission

• To build and manage the diverse subject, special, and general collections in support of campus research and instructional needs as well as those of the state of Maryland and the wider research community.
• To facilitate the advancement of scholarly research through access, storage, and preservation of special collections.
• To formulate and implement collection development policies.
