Troubleshooting Bibliographic Manager Software

Problems and error messages

• Nothing happens when I click the save or direct export option.
  If you're using an older version of EndNote or ProCite, you may need to download the direct export plug-in:
  • Windows users: go to http://thomsonisiresearchsoft.com/support/export/win/
  • Mac Endnote users: go to http://www.endnote.com/support/entechform.asp
  • Mac ProCite users: go to http://www.procite.com/support/macnotes.asp
• I use Endnote 8 and when I use the direct export option, EndNote asks me to choose a filter.
  Select the Refman RIS filter.
