The Philadelphia Orchestra on a coast-to-coast tour of the U.S. sponsored by the RCA Victor Company in 1936. Leopold Stokowski is conducting a performance of J.S. Bach's Aria as the train makes its way from Greeley to Denver, Colorado. A special car equipped for radio broadcast was attached to the orchestra's train. The performance was broadcast over station KOA (Denver).
