National Barn Dance (1933-1952)

The National Barn Dance was a country music variety show originating from station WLS in Chicago, sponsored by Alka-Seltzer on NBC until 1946, and by Milk of Magnesia on ABC for the remainder of its run. Most of these scripts are for a specific skit within an episode. The host of the National Barn Dance was Joe Kelly; featured performers included Pat Barrett as Uncle Ezra (LAB has several scripts for his spinoff show Station E-Z-R-A), Pat Buttram, and Luther Ossiebrink.
