FeesRESEARCH SERVICES The first thirty minutes of staff research is free, while additional time is $12.50 per half hour (except for audio and video research, see below). All research requests will be answered within five working days.PHOTOCOPIES Researchers are allowed to do their own photocopying of collection materials subject to staff approval. Because some materials are too fragile to be photocopied, staff will photocopy these materials at $0.25 per page. On-site researchers may copy materials for $0.10 a page. All other photocopies are $0.25 per page. We reserve the right to prohibit the copying of substantial amounts of individual books, periodicals, collections, or any fragile materials. Non-commercial reproduction (includes $5 per image handling fee) Commercial reproduction In all instances, the Library keeps the copy negatives and patrons are asked to sign a "Notification of Intent to Publish Photographic Images" waiver. If an image is intended for commercial use and LAB holds the copyright, the Library will charge an additional fee based on type of usage. If LAB does not own the copyright, the researcher is required to contact the copyright holder for permission.AUDIO MATERIALS

Decisions for the required masters will be made by the Library of American Broadcasting staff. Patrons are also asked to sign a "Notification of Intent to Publish Library Materials" waiver.
