Hearing and Speech Sciences Graduate Student Orientation
This page has been designed for graduate students in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences, with the intent of providing quick acess to information about library services and resources. While much of the information on this page may be found on the UM Libraries' home page, it is consolidated here to provide One-Stop-Shopping to the information most pertinent to you. General Information
When you are ready, gather a few items and bring them with you:
- Student photo ID. You need it to borrow books from the
Libraries, to access some of the online services, and for printing and photocopying with your Terrapin Express account.
- Small bills ($1, $5) for printing and photocopying. Change for large bills can be made at the Photocopy Center during regular business hours (currently 11-4, M-F).
- A 3 1/2" floppy disk or flash drive. You can download article citations, abstracts and text from the Libraries' electronic databases.
