The m-fiche are held uncatalogued and are filed first by year, then alphabetically by name of program and then chronologically within each program (date and fiche#).
The Index provides access by subject, name of personalities being interviewed and titles of programs. Short descriptions of the transcript are included in the index. The index citation includes name of the program, program date and m-fiche #.
