The microfiche is arranged chronologically and by general subject area. The general subject areas represented are the following: Business and Economic Development, Consumer Affairs, Education, Employment, Environment, Government Structure, Health, Housing and Land Development, International Affairs and Defense (since 1983), Law and Legal Systems, Political Development, Social Relations, Transportation, and Welfare and Social Problems.
The index is published monthly and cumulated quarterly and annualy. The index provides access to each of the general subject areas with detailed subheadings.
