Frank Schooley was connected with the operation of WILL at the University of Illinois from 1929 into the mid-1970s. He also served four terms as President of the National Association of Educational Broadcasters (NAEB). Finally, he served an exteded period of service on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB).
In this interview, Frank Schooley talks about people and events connected with the operation of WILL at the University of Illinois. He also comments on activities at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
