Robert E. Underwood, Jr.

Robert E. Underwood, Jr. managed the NAEB Tape Network from 1956 until 1969 when it moved from Urbana, Illinois to Washington, DC. He kept this first national program service for non-commercial radio stations alive and flourishing with little money and personnel.

In this interview, Underwood talks about the NAEB Tape Network, its programming and its operation.
