• WHYY-91 FM begins: October 20, 1954
• WHYY-TV (Channel 35) begins: 1957
• WHYY begins broadcast of local shows in Delaware as TV 12: 1963
• WHYY expands coverage again with WDPB (Channel 64), Seaford, DE: 1986
