Summary: Jane Elliott conducts a workshop where an arbitrarily selected group of individuals is targeted to experience prejudice and bigotry. Based on the blue eyed-brown eyed exercise she developed for elementary school students. Interspersed with personal interviews with Jane Elliott.

Summary: Documents a reunion of Iowa teacher Jane Elliott and her third-grade class of 1970, subjects that year of an ABC News television documentary entitled: The eye of the storm. Shows how her experimental curriculum on the evils of discrimination had a lasting effect on the lives of the students.

Summary: Explores the nature of prejudice in a dramatic third-grade experiment in the small, nearly all-white, all-Christian farming community of Riceville, Iowa. Prompted by her students' inquiring about the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Jane Elliott divides her class into brown-eyed and blue-eyed students, in order to illustrate how it feels to be discriminated against.

Walls and Walls (10 min)

Summary: Traces the evolution of wall building with references to walled cities, the China Wall, prison walls, and symbolic walls such as flags, the Nazi swastika, and ideological walls. Also discusses how these walls can be barriers leading to prejudice and stereotypes.
