21. History of the National Peace Jubilee (1869) by P.S. Gilmore. One of the last acts of the Executive Committe of the National Peace Jubilee Association was a decision to prepare a history of that mammoth event. Patrick Gilmore decided that he would undertake the project himself. The result was this 758-page book. The title page is reproduced here. |
