Henry Fillmore Letter (1930)
Bandmaster Henry Fillmore responds to an invitation from E.F. Goldman to attend the 1st Annual Convention of the American Bandmasters Assocation, held in Middletown, Ohio. Fillmore was voted into ABA membership during its first election in 1929. Fillmore also served as president from 1941-1946; traditionally, officers only serve one year terms, but conventions during these years were cancelled due to World War II.
