Winner 2002: Peter Graham, Harrison's Dream
Biography:
Peter Graham was born in Lanarkshire, Scotland, and was educated at Edinburgh University, and Goldsmiths' College, University of London from which he holds a Doctorate in Composition. Since 1986, Graham has worked as an arranger for BBC Television and Radio, focusing on compositions for brass band. Harrison's Dream was commissioned by the United States Air Force Band, Washington D.C.
