Great Pianistic Traditions in the IPAM Collections
Poster Sample

This unique, handsomely designed and illustrated poster displays various schools and traditions of piano playing through a series of dynasties and family trees. These include some of the most significant teacher-to-student connections among the great pianists of the 19th and 20th centuries. Many important virtuosos from Russia, France, Germany and England are represented.

This is one third of a poster designed for the 25th Anniversary of IPAM at the University of Maryland. Actual dimension is 35" x 24".
