Budget & Business Services OfficeThe Libraries Merit Assessment ProcessThe following outlines the Libraries Merit Assessment process for awards to be distributed on July 1, 2009. If funding is available, the Libraries will be provided a brief window of opportunity to distribute its allocation for the coming fiscal year. In order to adequately prepare for that scenario, the Libraries must initiate its review processes well before knowing if funds will be available.
