FISCAL AND PERSONNEL SUPPORT OF NON-LIBRARY CAMPUS ORGANIZATIONS AND EVENTS
The Libraries may give limited fiscal support to initiatives designated by the Administration as campus-wide and/or events with specific and germane relationship to the Libraries. Annually, the Libraries establish a budget limit for this type of voluntary contribution, to be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. All requests for contributions must first be brought to the Library Executive Council (LEC) for review and approval/disapproval. The Libraries also may allocate staff time to participate, whether or not fiscal support is given.
