Two Position Vacancies:

The University of Maryland Libraries is looking for two User Services Technicians to support a dynamic information technology infrastructure and Help Desk functions at the largest university library system in the State of Maryland. Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of User Services team responsibilities including customer service/help desk functions and support for
workstations in a networked environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree; three years professional IT experience; expertise in microcomputer hardware, Windows and Mac operating
systems, Windows server tools and utilities, client/server environments, telecommunications and networking (Ethernet and IP),
IT security, problem management processes, customer service.
