Johnnie then met with Ad Hoc Committee again to work on certain issues. Among other issues, the IRC said that they could not take on more responsibility than they already have. Therefore, trying to find a way that PRC can be part of the midterm review so That those without permanent status will know what’s what, and it will, also make the process less formal.

  11. TOPIC: Preparation of Q & A Sheet

We noted these questions:

Define mentoring.

Who can be mentored?

Who can be a mentor?

How can a mentor help me?

How do I get a mentor?

How do I select a mentor?

How do I establish a mentoring relationship?

Can I use work time for mentoring?

These need to be answered from: Mentor Perspective, Mentee Perspective Some may fit both mentor/mentee. We were given several articles to help answer these questions.
