Mission
The mission of the Planning and Administrative Services Division is to provide UM Libraries with an infrastructure that is supportive and timely for all staff as they strive to accomplish the goals of the Libraries' strategic plan in serving library users. We do this through:- Leading organizational planning, evaluation, and assessment;
- Managing the UM Libraries' and consortial budgets, plus business services such as procurement, travel and copying and printing;
- Serving the range of human resources needs, from recruitment to development, performance management and retention;
- Providing operational and developmental expertise in communications and graphics, facilities and grantsmanship.
