In appreciation of your outstanding leadership in organizing the three days of events surrounding the visit of renowned Russian poet Yevgeny Yevtushenko. Your initiative was critical in the successful cooperation of many groups on and off campus, including the Meyerhoff Center for Jewish Studies and several other departments in the College of Arts and Humanities, the Office of International Relations, and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Your dedication and tireless efforts have elevated the reputation of the University of Maryland Libraries.
