Organizational Citizenship Expectations

Organizational Citizenship Expectations set forth behaviors, attitudes and competencies all employees are expected to have or attain. These expectations are framed within the context of a team-based organization, where flexibility, adaptability, teamwork ethos, mutual respect and shared decision-making are key to success. The term group below can mean a team, division, department, unit or other subdivision of the organization.
