Before you beginThis service is available to University of Maryland faculty and staff who teach undergraduate or graduate courses, and who wish to place materials on course reserve at the McKeldin Library Reserves Room. Faculty may use this form whenever they wish to add new items to their course reserve listings. (Note: Branch libraries will be the site of course reserves in their respective subject areas. One exception is the Art Library, which will process graduate level art reserves materials, with McKeldin Reserves processing the undergraduate level art reserves items.) Upon receiving your request, the Reserves Room staff will promptly begin processing your order. Do allow for delays at the beginning of the semester, when we receive numerous last-minute requests.
