Topic: Big Ticket, Budget, and other issues

Outcome:

Information sharing. Karla talked with us about our budget for the year so we would have an idea of what the budget looks like. Karla explained how she came up with the numbers for the budget analysis. Julie and Marian will let us know later in the year how we have done as far as estimating.

Topic: Electronic ERRF

Guest Leader: Betty Day

Outcome: Information sharing/training and discussion. Betty showed us the new ERF’s. All are on the web in Pdf. format. Betty explained the intricacies of he forms. Betty is also working on getting us pricing for our Big Ticket items.

Topic: CMT Report

Leader: Marian and Julie

Outcome: Information Sharing on Big Ticket items. We need to write justifications and try to get Big Ticket items justification sent out by email to the collaborative reflector prior to February 10th is possible so that Julie and Marian can take to CMT.
