Maryland Reports publishes the official full texts of opinions of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, which is the highest court in Maryland. Maryland Appellate Reports publishes the official full text of opinions of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, an intermediate appellate court created in 1966.
Maryland Appellate Court Opinions since 1995 are available online at the Maryland Judiciary Website (http://www.courts.state.md.us/opinions.html).

This 47 volume set is a cumulative index to Maryland Case Law dating from the Seventeenth Century to the present. West's key number topic system organizes the cases by subject. Use the seven volume Descriptive Word Index to find the appropriate subject headings to look at in the digest volumes.

Full-text access to cases from the courts of all 50 states and federal courts, statutes from all 50 states and federal statutes published in the /United States Code Annotated, American Jurisprudence 2d /legal encyclopedia, /American Law Reports, /federal regulations, law reviews and legal periodicals.
To get Maryland legal information, choose Law and then select area to search such as Encyclopedias and Law Reviews, Cases, and Statutes and Regulations. Select Maryland as the state.
