Limited edition of 476 copies signed by the author. 400 unnumbered copies bound in French marbled paper boards; fifty copies numbered I-L specially bound in quarter-leather and marbled paper boards for the Patrons of New Stage Theatre; and 26 lettered copies bound in quarter-leather boards and plain paper for exclusive sale by the publisher.
