SIRS Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, December 8, 2004

Present:   M. Burright, B. Garber, R Laguerre, Y. Norris-Gonzalez 
(Notetaker), C. Todd, E. Yocco, M. Zeliff (Facilitator)
Absent:  A. Mattlage, D. Stefany


1)	Adjustments to Agenda:
No adjustments made.

2)	Round Robin:
-	Next meeting, December 22nd Cancelled.
-	24 hour late night study will begin Friday, December 10th.  
The library is extending the study space throughout the building 
until 1am Friday thru Tuesday.  All Public Services Areas will 
continue to close at their regular closing times.  
-	The January sign-up sheet will be going up on Cindy’s door. 
-	Change of members will be brought back to the next meeting.
-	Security issues discussed.

3)	Data Gathering Form (continued):
Draft #1 of the Reference Desk Questionnaire was looked over and 
changes will be made before distribution.  The Test Phase will 
begin in January and be revaluated.

4)	Adjusting Librarian Shifts for Information Desk.
Proposed times from discussions with the subject teams were discussed 
and will be further evaluated before final decision is made.  Statistics 
from Spring to Spring semesters are waiting to be analyzed.
