Keeping Pieces Together

Use string ties (also called grip-tites, pink string, or ribbon) to hold pieces, such as books in a multi-volume set, together. DO NOT use rubber bands, as they can cut into the book. Rubber bands also deteriorate over a short time, leaving stains and a gooey mess on the book.
