Courtney suggested that the Special Collections image management database may be implemented using digitool. The Prange high profile book digital project is to allow the most in-demand books to be seen while protecting the originals.
- Programming on digital preservation:
We discussed the Preservation Committee sponsoring a series of programs on digital information to inform ourselves and others. Courtney could be a presenter and we could consider other local experts including Abby Smith, Steve Puglia, meta data experts, etc.
