Outcomes

1. Changes to the agenda: Add discussion of survey assignments with outcome of making sure everyone has an assignment


2. Announcements: Our current and former binderies, Heckman and ICI, have merged


3. Discussion of survey: We reviewed the survey questions. Carignan agreed to provide copies of the previous Art Library surveys to Luckert and of the PAL surveys to Van Sant. A question arose about how Diaz, Luckert, and Burright should be thinking of the new project to consider general collections in their collaborative subject areas. Susanna reminded them of the CMT criteria, which they will use. We decided to cancel the February meeting and established a schedule for finishing the surveys as follows:
   
   • March 2 meeting: Sarigol, Van Sant, and Edwards (at least one of EPSL or Chemistry)
   • March 30 meeting: Luckert, Diaz, and Burright
   NOTE: the remaining meeting schedule for spring is as follows: March 2, March 30 (*2-3:30), May 4, and June 1, meeting time from 10-11:30 unless otherwise noted


4. Identify improvements to the survey form:Improvements were suggested and Carignan will carry them out and send to all


5. Plan next agenda:
   • Review “numerical data for setting preservation project priorities
   • Rate projects brought forward by Luckert, Diaz and Burright
