1. Agenda Review: There were no additions or changes to the agenda


2. Announcements:
   
   • Senior Conservation Technician Emily Bell is going to Wellesley College. The position of Conservator has been approved for opening.
   • Marianne Ryan reported on the status of Gov Docs and her work on a plan for her department.


3. Continue Ranking Priorities: Broadcasting Archives Project: 11


4. Agenda for next meeting: Next meeting scheduled for May 4 10-11:30am with an agenda of continuing to rank priorities.
