ROTATING MEMBERSHIP- One representative from each of the three Collaboratives including a Branch representative.
- Arts & Humanities Collaborative: Yelena Luckert, term began 2002 through 2006
- Social Sciences Collaborative: Zaida Diaz, term began 2000 through 2007
- Sciences and Technology Collaborative: Damon Austin, term began 2006 though 2008
- The Access Services Head or designee from Access Services: Bob Giannelli, term began 2005 through 2007
- One from Special Collections: Chuck Howell, term began 2006 through 2008
- One from Government Documents: Ashley Echlund, term began 2006 through 2008
- One from Nonprint Media Services: Linda Sarigol, term began 2005 through 2007

TERMS
The Preservation Committee members will serve the following terms:Permanent membership: Preservation Production Group Leader, Brittle Materials Team Leader, and Collections Conservator; Collection Management Team Leader; Audiovisual Archivist; Access Services Head unless a designee from Access Services is appointed to substitute for the Head.
Two year terms: Collaborative representatives; Special Collections representative; Gov Docs representative; DCR representative; designee from Access Services.
Terms are renewable.
Terms will run according to the calendar year.
