Preservation Need Survey Form
This survey is intended to provide information to the Preservation Committee about the most urgent preservation problems throughout UM Libraries. To facilitate the prioritization process, we request that each survey form address one type of preservation action. Thus, if there is a large collection that needs more than one preservation action, please complete a separate form for each type of preservation action.

A first step for materials that cannot be handled or added to collections because of dirt, mold, or other contamination |

For important collections that are acidic but not yet brittle |
