TSD Council/TSSAC meeting with Maureen Sullivan

- process:
- consult key people (those who do the work; "customers" of work; key contacts, etc.)
- periodically "test" work with others
- keep others informed about the work progress and when meetings are held, agenda
Timetable:
- All staff meeting - to review where we are and get comments - week of 6/5
- Outline/Describe work group structure with invitation to express interest
- Carlen to prepare memo to staff by 6/9
- Form work groups; staff to report choice by 6/19
- Identify group leaders?
- Launch work groups (with Maureen) - 6/30
