Charge:

The TSD Transition Team is charged with developing a strategy for implementing the new administrative structure for TSD and allocating staff resources throughout the division. The Team will develop a method and a timeline for transitioning into the new organizational structure. This work will include: gathering and reviewing job descriptions, identifying a selection process which encompasses selection guidelines, creating a selection criteria, developing the membership documentation that will be used by staff to express interest in Production Group positions and Team positions. The timeline must include the order in which steps will be implemented. The Transition Team will work with the Production Group Leaders and the Training Coordinating Team as they are identified.

Members of the Transition team are Julie Arnold, Robert Bratton, Donna Costa-Leonard, Ray Foster, Sue Koutsky, Bobbie Mallett, Gordana Ruth, Janet Siar, Jane Williams, Alesia Wilson, and Carlen Ruschoff. Team facilitator is Karla Hahn.
